Emergency Contacts

In the event of an accident or illness you or your alternative emergency person will be contacted to collect your child from school.

Only in an extreme emergency will your child's doctor be contacted

An annual update on medical details and emergency contacts will be sent home early Term 1

Please advise the office of any changes that take place through the year.
