Hope School is a small rural school situated in the Tasman District south west of Nelson. It is four kilometres from Richmond on the Waimea Plains.  

We are a modern, well resourced school with a feeling of being one big family. Our school caters for students from Years 1 to 6 in four different classes. Children  learn in a well managed, spacious learning environment. They  have access to a range of modern information and communication technologies that are used in daily classroom activities. 

We have a current roll of 78 students. We offer a variety of learning experiences and a supportive, friendly environment.
